Welcome in Gascony, at the specific location where Gers meets Hautes-Pyrénées.

The property you will visit is located close to Marciac area – famous for its international Jazz Festival (August).

Pau is located 65 km southwest (international airport), Tarbes 35 km south, Auch 45 km north east.

This cottage house can be visited easily together with the estate agent in charge of the property.

For those who want to set-up immediately, it is even possible to buy the house completely furnished. Most of the old furnitures were bought locally. An estimation for the furnitures shall then be performed by the vendor.

One large bedroom is located at the first floor, with a direct access to the first floor bathroom.

A true chalet, manually designed and handcrafted with entire “Pin des Landes” tree trunks, was built on the one hectare ground surrounding the property – 10.000 square meters with a direct view on the Pyrénées montains as well as on the surrounding hills !

 

 

Completely renewed bedroom with large picture window

The property’s old hay loft was transformed into a beautiful large studio.

Pyrénées stone on the right wall were carefully renewed, a brand new wooden floor in premium quality “Pin des landes” was posed , a large picture window was installed through the original wooden frame. Light flows in at every time of the day.

A bathroom was installed as well at the rear of the room.
