The blog is aiming at presenting a nice family country home located in french Gascony.
A very nice old cottage house built on a one hectare (10.000 m²) ground.
The house is located just between Plaisance-du-Gers (Gers) and Maubourguet (Hautes-Pyrénées) villages. It does feature 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms as well as a garage. Another bedroom can be arranged in the attic.
The famous Adour river is just flowing 100 meters away, and the Pyrénées montains, which can be seen from the house, are just about 80 km away.
Pau international airport is located 65 km away (direct daily connections to the UK) , Toulouse airport is located 130 km away.
This cottage house can be visited easily together with the estate agent in charge of the property.
